Despite the challenges presented by the coronavirus pandemic, the real estate industry is quickly adapting and implementing safety procedures to keep our clients safe. Bottom line - I am still working with clients to safely buy and sell homes. Online technologies provide me the ability to meet and work with clients and essential persons remotely throughout the home buying and selling process. Please contact me if you would like more information regarding the current real estate market, or how to navigate buying or selling during this unique time. -Ann
For almost 30 years, Ann Cavallito has been selling residential real estate in the Triangle area. A native North Carolinian from Greensboro, she has a degree in psychology and English from UNC – Chapel Hill as well as a master’s degree in guidance and counseling from NCSU in Raleigh. Throughout the years, she has sold just about every form of real estate. When her daughter joined Pony Club, Ann became a strong supporter and, as an incidental result, became a specialist in the sale of equestrian properties. “Horse farms are a special love of mine because we’ve always had horses, so it was a natural fit. However, I sell all sorts of homes – estates, land, historic properties, homes in golf communities – it really doesn’t matter – I’m always delighted to find a new way to market a property and find the buyer that is just the right fit.”
The key to selling real estate is identifying the features of a home that will attract the buyer who wants exactly those qualities. It’s like a puzzle – finding the pieces and putting them all together to make a picture perfect and as a transaction where everyone “wins.”
